Fees on the Rise
Today, Steffan and Dougie from Year 10 interviewed Mrs Sutcliffe, Head of Careers at Bolton School. They both asked a variety of questions about alternatives to university because of the recent demanding increase to fees. Cambridge and Oxford are just two universities that are increasing their fees to the maximum cap. Due to the cuts in their pensions, many university lecturers have found it necessary to go on strike. We'll have to wait and see how effective these strikes will be. |
